The journey begins with a focused pre-alpha phase, where core gameplay systems are finalized, internal testing is conducted, and social channels are established. Moving into alpha, attention shifts to polishing the user interface, enabling the first closed test group, and integrating community feedback for refinement. By the beta stage, the project expands into invite-only testing, unlocking full access to mini-games and kickstarting organic content creation. Each phase builds momentum, ensuring stability and excitement before launch.

The pre-launch period sets the stage with a strong marketing push, influencer-driven previews, and App Store preparation, leading to the global launch in December 2025. At this milestone, Pirate Cove Carnival will debut across Android and iOS, with events, contests, and ranked systems kicking off immediately. From 2026 onward, growth is fueled by new board maps, seasonal content, skins, and competitive player experiences.
